Q: How do I reserve a conference room?
A: The conference room can be reserved by emailing Jack Reimer at jackr@gcremn.com
Q: How do I request a service call?
A: A service call may be requested by emailing info@advantagepsinc.com and cc’ing jackr@gcremn.com
Q: Can I bike to work?
A: There are bike racks in the outdoor parking area.
Q: Where can guests and visitors to my office park?
A: The outdoor lot in the front of the building is designated customer and guest only parking.
Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A:You can make after hours request by emailing coryh@advantagepsinc.com. For emergency after hours maintenance please contact our on call maintenance technician at 320-253-0003 and follow the prompts.
Q: How do I pick up and send out mail? Overnight shipping and deliveries?
A: Mail is delivered daily. The post office is 1 block away for outgoing mail. There is a Fedex drop-box in the basement.
Q: Who should I contact if I see something suspicious, hazardous, or someone needs help in or near the building?
A: Call 911, then call Jack Reimer at 320-380-3157
Q: What do I do when my office is too hot or cold?
A: Place a work order request by emailing info@advantagepsinc.com and cc jackr@gcremn.com
